Corticall 0.5

CortexJDK has been renamed Corticall.

This release captures various code updates supporting analyses in the Corticall manuscript revisions (primarily on callset comparisons on simulated data). The graph traversal and calling algorithms remain unchanged from the previous release.

CortexJDK 0.4

Many improvements to the filtering, better variant characterization. It also some big improvements in the memory consumption of the Tesserae model (many thanks to Karl Johan Westrin and Winni Kretzschmar for these contributions!).

The API has settled down and is ready for public use. Documentation forthcoming.
