Reproduction Steps

With the browser viewport short enough, select "Doc Two" from the sidebar.
Scroll the doc.
Select "Doc One" in the sidebar.

Expected: "Doc One" loads at the top of the page.
Actual: "Doc One" loads midway down the page.
