I'm Chris @buswinka, a PhD Candidate at Harvard Medical School, Mass Eye and Ear interested in inner ear biology and deep learning, specifically the application of novel 3D instance segmentation algorithms to explore mitochondria morphology from focused ion beam scanning electron microscopy (FIB-SEM) micrographs of sensory hair cells.
