Monster Hunter 4U Decryption Toolkit

.Net 3.5 required.
A toolkit based on the python scripts provided by https://github.com/svanheulen/mhef
Included also is a simple gui to permit the decryption/encryption of DLC and extracted savedata files for various regions and to serve as an example of sorts.
