Foxy Framework (C++)

Experimental C++ app framework. This is WIP still and not anywhere near completion yet; hence, the "experimental" tag.

Requirements

Built with C++23, MSVC 19.34, CMake 3.24, and Visual Studio 2022 generator.

Dependencies

Included:

  • GLFW
  • Koyote Utils
  • BS Thread Pool
  • Glslang

Not Included:

  • Vulkan

Setup

There's 3 build modes supported: Debug, Release, and Release with Debug Info. Some things to note:

  • Logging is disabled in Release mode.
  • Debug has the slowest compile time for shaders. It might be smarter to do shader development in Release with Debug Info.
