Service run crash silently at start

Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.3007

First of all, please use -useconffile if you are using a file path, as -useconf is for stdin.

Secondly, is this as Administrator? It looks like it does not have permission to access the Wintun driver.

Surprisingly I found a solution, yes rollback the version of wintun.dll to 0.14, it's working

I found the solution here https://www.reddit.com/r/Tailscale/comments/110nixq/wintundll_v0141_wont_start_the_tailscale_tunnel/

So if you have 2H22 and it doesn't work, this is a temporary solution.
