很大程度和模型有关，推荐https://github.com/CjangCjengh/TTSModels 这个里面的中日混合模型

模型在转ncnn之前效果很好 转完NCNN之后效果就很差了

我也是啊，前端换成了自己的声韵母id，结果说话有点怪，语速快还有莫名的口音
