The releases appear to have moved to GitHub

What change would you like to see?

I should be able to follow the "Releases" link to a download page. It is currently pointing at https://replayweb.page/releases which is 404. Link should go to the correct URL on replayweb.page or be directed to the GitHub releases page - https://github.com/webrecorder/replayweb.page/releases/.
