Set upload size limit

Thanks for this nice tool!

What I miss is to allow configuring the maximum file size for uploads, denying too large uploads. I could not find any information on the maximum upload size, so I suspect currently there's no limit(?).

There is currently indeed no limit but I'd be happy to accept an option to enforce a limit. Would you like to take a stab at this?

Unfortunately I'm very busy at the moment and I'm not familiar with Rust anyway so at the moment I can't work on this (same for #1369). But I'll keep it in mind, maybe I can give it a try some day when still unresolved.
