[Spike] Smooth upgrade path from v1 -> v2

This epic includes a list of tasks that need to be performed in order to provide a smooth upgrade path from v1 to v2 when upgrading from the stores.
The objective is to allow users to access their funds, but there's a fair amount of unknowns still that need to be ironed out.

Known issues

• Add keyUID to table when migrating from v1 to v2 #20046
• Don't rely on the master key when generating accounts under the bip 0044 path m/44'/60'/0'/0/0 #20048
• Make sure user profile is setup correctly after migrating from v1 -> v2 #20203
