[Bundle Install Failure] ffi gem version 1.11.1 does not compatible with Mac M1 chips.

I cloned the theme, and tried to do the bundle install. It failed with the following error messages:

Looks it's a known ffi compatibility issue on Mac M1 Chip, the latest version of ffi 1.14.0 fixed the problem Reference.
