Feature request: additional public ip data services

we need ipinfo.io alternative because free account are limited to 50k query per month

after vpn running we can't get IP information because Too Many Requests

WARN [ip getter] too many requests sent for this month from https://ipinfo.io/: 429 429 Too Many Requests; not retrying.

here are the alternatives:

• https://ip-api.com/docs/api:json - free unlimited?
• https://freeipapi.com/#pricing - free unlimited but 60 req/second
• https://ipapi.co/#pricing - 30K req per month
• https://ipgeolocation.io/pricing.html - 30K req per month
• and more

also Cloudflare, free unlimited

  @qdm12 usually checks issues at least once a week, if this is a new urgent bug,
