Describe the question you have
I would like that images inserted in Outlook appointments, in Notes field, could sync with G-Calendar appointments, in Notes field.
Actually, I get syncronized only text.

This currently wouldn't be possible as the Outlook client only surfaces it as an RTF document and Google is HTML - converting between is extremely difficult (practically speaking, impossible/not something I'm willing to entertain) and not a two way process, which would therefore break bi-directional sync.

It might be possible that the Graph API will support HTML access though, and it can be looked at as part of that adoption project.
