Describe the issue you're facing

This is reported on Slack by Ethan.
After upgrading Paralus to v0.2.4, they manually updated cluster entries in db. In v0.2.4 we had made some changes in annotation keys for Cluster objects. Respective PR - #227

Share manually steps to update db cluster entries in release notes, so that everyone is aware of this change.
