Briefly describe the feature

Add Paralus SDK for its APIs. Currently clients like pctl, terraform provider are using Paralus endpoints for interacting with server. However this is tedious as we don't have sdk. Using sdk will make it more easier and accessible to use different Paralus APIs.

What problem does this feature solve? Please link any relevant documentation or Issues

Improves usability of Paralus APIs

(optional) What is your current workaround?

Invoke different endpoint using its url references.

It is fine to have Paralus SDK but not important at a moment.
