Adjust OCR timeout

hello,

I run paperless on my Synology NAS in docker and it times out.
I am facing the same issue as @tim-vogel in #412

I have adjusted the Max Image Pixels to 3000000000 in OCR settings.

But from discussion it wasnt clear to me how to adjust PAPERLESS_WORKER_TIMEOUT and OCRmyPDF Timeout.

The errormessage I recevied was this:

But theres no bomb inside that pdf.

I have already found, that I can set the timeout in my .env file.
But in the docs I read the default is already 1800seconds=30 minutes.

The file is a 8mb 2 page file.
And the errormessage already appears after around 1 minute.

So this can not be the root cause.
Can you help me find why i receive this error, @stumpylog ?

Would it help if I send you logs?

I have set this up for the first time in docker and it fails on the first testdocument I am trying to upload I think it is a different issue than the timeout.
