添加针对多重剪贴板的新命令

仿Windows的逻辑,Win+v进入多重剪贴板,选择内容粘贴后,如果不复制新内容,多重剪贴板内容顺序不发生变化,但是粘贴的内容为上一次粘贴的内容,而非剪贴板的最新内容.

1. 增加一个命令实现上诉逻辑
2. 增加可选快捷键Win+v指向剪贴板
3. 增加选项让拦截的Ctrl+v实现上诉逻辑还是原逻辑
