使用的Orange版本

v0.8.1

应该是交互上的一个小问题：
对规则进行添加、删除时，如果将规则都删除完后，就没有添加按钮继续添加新规则了。

期望的结果

像添加变量一样，右边有一个绿色+ 按钮，能够在上述情况下，能够触发添加新规则

错误的结果
