add a button to duplicate an entity

It would be convenient to have a duplicate/clone button, especially for complicated entities like services, but useful for all types of entities.

It could be a one-step or two-step operation. I like this one-step concept.

1. click the duplicate button
   (a new entity named like "{original} Copy" is immediately created and available for editing)

In contrast, here's a two-step concept to consider, too.

1. click the duplicate button
2. the new entity is immediately opened in draft mode, as if I had begun creating the thing and filled in all the blanks with the info from the reference entity. I modify the name, etc., then click CREATE
