No.

Your question is...
I want to know all the different parameters that are used in data.json, what they do, and valid settings. The webpage setup doesn't give me access to all the settings, such as max vram temp, power limit, or lower core voltage aka undervolting. For my card, a 3080Ti, over 90 degrees C is a sure way of killing the ram. Before you say it doesn't, try reading the data sheet on the ram.
For example what are these settings in data.json
"pt": 2 - I see that valid values are 0, 1, 2. What is it?
"fm": 3 - I see that it's always set to 3 in all the different profile settings. What is it? What are other valid values?
"ftg" : 58 - Is this GPU core max temp?
"ftr": 82 - Is this VRam max temp?
"pl": 310 - Is this power limit in watts?
"mcv": 750 - Is this core voltage in millivolts?
"dmc": 1000 - Minimum core clock?
"mcc": 1400 - Maximum core clock?

I haven't seen anything for setting VRam speeds, only timings for some cards with DDR5 or HBM.
