[macOS] Can not upgrade Netbird-UI as homebrew is searching for an uninstall file that is not there

I am trying to upgrade netbird(-ui) via homebrew but it's borgend somehow, here's what I am doing.

brew uninstall --force netbird-ui
==> Uninstalling Cask netbird-ui
env: /Applications/Netbird UI.app/uninstaller.sh: No such file or directory
Error: Failure while executing; `/usr/bin/env /Applications/Netbird\ UI.app/uninstaller.sh` exited with 127. Here's the output:

When trying to upgrade, I get this

I do not see a way around this for now. Any suggestions?
