Help me to maintain single IP address for all 3 pods

[ep23-eps]

I have created a 3 replica pods, if any pod got deleted unexpectedly. But when see all pods have different ip's. I used one of the IP and created users. When I try with other pod IP, the user not present. So over come this issue, help me how to maintain single ip for all PODS.
