Displaying Turkish Characters problem (utf-8) #156

When mail body contains Turkish characters(looks like UTF-8 problem), its broke all mail displaying format of content (images , url's and so on..).
In below example, upper case "i" inside "Hi SERGEN İLTER" part , brokes all content.

When used as "Hi sergen ilter" without upper case "i". All content is fine like below
