Switch between view modes (html, plain)

When viewing a multipart message, it should be possible to switch between displaying the text/plain and the text/html version.
This is important for development, so that it can be checked that both versions are correct.

Additionally it would be very helpful if the raw message/envelope could be shown, so that the headers are visible, as mentioned in #115.
