There are plans to kops support deploying clusters in Oracle OCI?

There are plans to support deploying to Oracle OCI, but no work has be done for now.

Definitively planned to add Oracle OCI but we need to get infrastructure needed to setup the CI for it. K8S Infra Group still working on this. We don't have an ETA at the moment.

@johlang-pillar and @vsin12 there are planning for Oracle help at this? I think will help OCI adoption.
