MacOS rclone location error

When opening rclone browser first time you are instructed to set rclone and rclone.conf location. If you somehow move the rclone file after setting the location in rclone browser, it doesn't seem like you can re set it. Which could be why some people are having the issue;

I set my rclone location to my downloads folder, then moved the rclone to a different path, I got the same error as above issues, also there was no way to set another rclone location inside rclone browser.

Is there a way to manually set the location? Like where is rclone browser config file.

If I delete this file, would rclone browser start as 1st time opening it?
