Hi @mamintoosi, Thanks for submitting a discussion question. If you'd like to change the font size (or other styling characteristics) of all body text across the website, you'll want to make a change at the CSS level (rather than annotating individual elements, which is the example you've shown above). You mentioned that you want to make the text bolder for all pages on the site. To replicate the effects of the html {
font-weight: 700;
} Our docs explain more in the section on overriding or creating a custom styles. This is pretty destructive (and probably not what I would recommend). If you'd like to apply this to just a subset of files (or parts) of your site, you can do this with some Jekyll work and some CSS. For example, if you wanted a specific set of markdown files to have bolded body text, you could:
I know this was a long answer for a seemingly simple question, but I hope this helps! |

Hi, I'm using Just-the-docs to create a documentation website and I want to make the body font of the text bolder. I read the Typography of the documentation and I found this utility class:
{: .fw-700 }
However, I don't know where to insert it in my Markdown files or in the _config.yml file. I tried to insert it before a header, but it only affected that header. I want all texts or at lease one MD file to be affected by the font weight change.
Can anyone please guide me on how to do this? Thank you in advance.
Also, I want to thank the Just-the-docs team for their great work. This theme is amazing and the documentation is very helpful.
