[Feature request] Set application name to appear below icon

I will like an implementation like
menu_text_position = bottom
In jgmenurc that will make application names and description appear below the icon. It will make the column mode look nicer. Other options could be left, right(current default) and top(a bit weird). This will take jgmenu customisation to the next level.

Also will like an option to fix the item width instead of only the height. Dont know if the option is already there. As of now, the width seems determined by menu width and padding.
