Problem on TimeSeriesDataset

How to fully leakage the data using TimeSeriesDataset?

I find that if i set min_encoder_length < max_encoder_length, the class just create little sub sequences with encoder length = min_encoder length and most of the data with max_encoder_length.

I want to create a dataset that generate sub sequences with length from min_encoder_length to max_encoder_length with fair amounts, what can i do?
