support for CSS variables

CSS is changing fast and now we have lots of new features that are not supported by hayaku.
I would love to see more development on this amazing tool for the features added recently to CSS.

Things like CSS Variables:

• auto-completion for var(--var_name);
• enter does not work at the moment on variable definition like e.g. --my_var: 10px;
