Git version

Server: 1.8.3.4

Operating system

CentOS 6

Database

PostgreSQL 8.4.0

Describe the bug

Error occurred while installing gogs as below:
Database setting is not correct: ERROR: syntax error at or near "NOT" (SQLSTATE 42601)

To reproduce

start gogs web
select PostgreSQL database
Enter correct db settings and click Install Gogs to install

Expected behavior

Gogs install successfully
