Environment

SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

Steps to Reproduce

As reported by Michi:

"This org is on a team plan, so they only have access to a 30d filter.
Still, we show "new issues" on the release, but we do not display any issues as it's older than 30d."

And Dhrumil: "This is likely a bug with releases where the table is pulling information from a separate source instead of issues"

Expected Result

Clicking through on the issues link should allow the issues to appear on the stream, and/or there should be a better message to the user why it's not showing up, and/or we display this differently within Releases

Actual Result

Repro steps - issues are represented in the "New issues" column but in clicking through, are empty on the stream
