Sub sub pages missing indent when collapsibleSidebar = false #841

This can be seen in the left hand menu, which is formatted as follows, not reflecting that AMET is a subdirectory of IPSUM:

LOREM
    IPSUM
        Dolor
        Sit
    AMET
        Consectetur

The indentation should be as below to accurately reflect hierarchy, as it correctly does when collapsibleSidebar = true:

LOREM
    IPSUM
        Dolor
        Sit
        AMET
            Consectetur
