I access my 1 device with its ip address and port number, how can I add this operation to somo?

We are adding ip to the screenly ose monitoring interface. However, I am accessing my 1 device with its ip address and port. I can't add for this, how can I do this? I can give an example like http://111.111.11.11:888/. IP address: 888 serves from the port.
