Hi, I found that metashape can generate tiled model containing a large number of small meshes, and the process of creating tiled model is very fast, with almost the same accuracy (compared to regular pipelines). Does anyone know how it is made?
I know that OpenMVS can also do similar things. I can divide a scene into many small scenes and then process them one by one. But I think metashape did more because the speed was really fast, the results did not overlap, and the results had LOD, which is very useful for very large scenes.
