Can graphql mesh work with graphql-http package

Is there any possibility that graphql mesh can work with graphql-http https://github.com/graphql/graphql-http#readme? I see that they have option with express and graphql mesh can also be deployed using express.

GraphQL Mesh comes with its own server that uses GraphQL Yoga under the hood and it is fully compatible with the spec.

I tried the plugin before but from appdynamics point of the 6 line code as below must be present at the beginning when server start and there is not much code to be written . We just have to add the appdynamics dependecy/packge adn add below line

that's it, no other code, Rest appdynamics package takes care. but here since default mesh project have yoga server somehow theire package is not detecting matrix . As per appdynamics, only support is with graphql-http or apolo server as in below screenshot
