jwt-go not being actively maintained

It looks like jwt-go is not being actively maintained anymore. I came across a note on Auth0's go-jwt-middleware project, who are also using jwt-go, that they are planning to move to a more actively maintained package in the near future. Are there any plans to migrate to an alternative for this project?

Here is the same issue for the go-chi/jwtauth library. They moved to https://github.com/lestrrat-go/jwx.

It looks like PR #278 from JorritSalverda was merged in August that switches from dgrijalva/jwt-go to golang-jwt/jwt (thanks @JorritSalverda and @appleboy !)

(BTW it looks like that commit is causing the tests to fail in the master branch due to differing error strings: https://cloud.drone.io/appleboy/gin-jwt/122/2/2 ).
