Homepage Enhancement

Describe the bug
Integrate Tamagui Bento UI and Revise Homepage as Follows:

• Add Packrat Logo Functionality. When clicking the Packrat logo, it must redirect users to the homepage.
• Improve Text Visibility: Enhance the visibility of text, particularly within quick actions' options.
• Adjust Search Button Form Width: Match the width of the Search button form to that of the navbar for consistency.
• Update navbar and utilize the new Bento Responsive Nav Bar.
