I tried to install but my security system said it was a virus

It's a miner builder, and nearly all antiviruses considers miners malware.

If let’s say I download it to a PC and configure the PC so that it will mine for me, then who accidentally turns this computer off and on again, will the process resume or not? or it needs to be configured

How can I make sure that Windows Defender and antiviruses do not complain about it? So that I can download it without any problems

Do you mean the builder or the miners that you build using the miner builder? If you mean the builder then by adding an exception to where you download the miner builder and also the build folder where you build your miners (preferably the same folder as the miner builder to reduce the amount of exceptions). If you mean the miner that you build then either a) try rebuilding it a few times to see if any build you get is undetected, or b) find a crypter to crypt it, or c) modify the miner to reduce detections (the most difficult one), or d) get the users to allow it to run (at which point it will add the exclusions if the option is enabled).
