mesh.get_vertex_adjacent_faces(idx) crashes non-gracefully if mesh.enable_connectivity() has not been called first #335

All of the mesh.get_vertex_adjacent_xxx functions crash the whole python program and dont provide an error-code, if mesh.enable_connectivity() has not been called first.
No python error is provided as the clibrary crashes.
