新版tts支持生成特殊语气的语音么，比如特别愤怒，特别开心，等不同的语气和情绪
新版tts支持中文生成不，是只要模型支持就可以是吧

MoeVoiceStudio的测试版是完全支持这些功能的。
但是正式版只保留了SVC功能。
如果想要使用这些功能可以使用MoeSS或者MoeVoiceStudio的测试版
