Hangs the 'Add question' page on stackoverflow

"current website" should be "stackoverflow.com" but for some reason it isn't!!!
This is the subpage that hangs forever: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/ask
Even if midnight lizard is switched off it still freezes the whole page! Chrome even shows a prompt to force close the tab or wait.
Only turning midnight lizard extension off completely solves the problem.
I do not have any other extensions installed.

Tested on Chrome 111.0.5563.147 and Edge 111.0.1661.62.
