Hi,
Tried to install Leafpub version 1.1.9 downloaded from here
https://www.leafpub.org/download
on the following environment.
O.S-Centos 6.4
PHP Version : 5.6.30
MySql Version - 5.5.54
However encountered the following error while installing with MySqli adapter
:
Unable to create the database schema: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'CREATE TABLE leafpub_history ( id INTEGER NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT, `p' at line 1

What could be causing this issue ?

Hi @prbt2016 ,
I've fixed the error while installing with MySQLi adapter. But it throws other exceptions now. I'll have to investigate why mysqli isn't able to prepare statements sometimes.

I had tried to move current install (beta version) to another host. Got error trying to import my exported database very similar to reported one by @prbt2016

Wanted to comment so could keep up with this issue:)

Thanks!

Sadly been without a site for over 20 days now. The forum no longer works at leafpub so guess lost months of work... Really sad.

@oleteacher a screenshot or logs from Leafpub would be great 🙂

Thanks Marc. A fellow GitHubber teacher took pity on me and fixed within minutes. Something to do with the database when I moved to new host. Site worked but no posts showed. Will have to get with her and see what was done to fix.
