Windows Forms Error

Tried to edit the money for my save and it just gave me an error for windows forms orso idk exactly.

I got a popup that something happend and had to click abort and it shutdown also told me to add the error log

EDIT: Just tried like 2 or 3 more times and it seems to happen all the time. 3.8.0 was very stable in that way idk what happend to it. Just clicking ignore works and you can just enter the money but it doesnt save it correctly so when you start the game it doesnt change
