Default Kong manager missing settings to API

I've installed kong by helm like this

helm repo add kong https://charts.konghq.com
helm repo update kong
helm upgrade --install kong kong/kong  --namespace kong

When i then forward the service port kong-manager, the UI is shown, but without connection to the api, etc

Is that expected?
And if yes, what settings do i have to apply to a values.yaml file to get the UI connected to the kong api?

Also, I only see theses services:

And didn't see the admin api?

Kong is working fine for my ingresses.

Found it.
I had to define a values.yaml file with

admin:
  enabled: true
  http:
    enabled: true
    servicePort: 8001

And

helm upgrade --install kong kong/kong --namespace kong -f ./deploy/kong/values.yaml
