Port Academic starter to use Tailwind UI

• Review which components the Academic starter uses which have not already been migrated from the blox-bootstrap to the blox-tailwind module
• Add any missing components to the blox-tailwind module (consider only migrating the most popular features, e.g. do we really need 3 different map providers still?)
• Update the template to use the blox-tailwind module

The following are now out of scope for this issue:

• Maps
• Contact form
• Dynamic JS-based portfolio block

Contributions are welcome to port the out of scope features in separate PRs if there is still enough demand for those features.
