FEM: Rigid body constraint for solids (entire model)

Problem description

Currently the rigid body constraint seems only to work for faces, not the entire body or solid volume of a model.
It should be possible to apply the rigid body constraint in FEM also to the body itself.

Yes, Mario plans to add support for solids in the near future. It's less important and less commonly used than for faces though.
