Issue Description:
After combining four bodies written in NEMOH.dat format (attached) and exporting the resulting body as a NEMOH.dat file, I encountered a segmentation fault error when attempting to run NEMOH. The specific error message received is:
Program received signal SIGSEGV: Segmentation fault - invalid memory reference.
Additional Context:
Exporting the combined bodies as STL, then loading and re-exporting them as NEMOH.dat files works without errors, albeit with changes to the mesh.
How can I export the combines mesh files without the need to do the export as STL step.
On checking the model, I see that it has large holes under the water, and also at the level of the free surface. This could cause problems for a solver. Apart from this, the generated meshes do not seem to have any problems. The only differences between the .stl and the .dat from Nemoh, is that the .stl only supports triangles, and the .dat supports symmetry. It's just a guess, but maybe the combination of these holes, with the symmetry, has caused Nemoh to fail.
