Можно ли сделать так, что если запрос к прокси идёт из локальной сети, то авторизации нет, если из внешней - то нужен логин и пароль? Или же хотя бы или как вариант - прописать разрешенные IP - локальная сеть и конкретные IP из внешней сети?
